1 package yellow cake mix-minus 1 cup to be set aside
1/2 c of melted butter
1 egg
blend and press into bottom of a 13 x 9 pan.
FILLING
1 (16oz.) can of pumpkin
2 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk
stir together and pour over crust.
TOPPING
cup of reserved cake mix
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4c. butter, softened
stir together reserved cake mix, sugar, cinnamon and butter; and crumble over top of filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 min. cool. Top with whipped cream.
